Useful answers

Questions before the next step.

Scope is confirmed against the real site, existing systems and agreed project terms.

How many cameras does a site need?

That cannot be answered responsibly from floor area alone. A site survey should identify risk areas, required image detail, lighting, obstacles, retention and monitoring needs.

How is recording capacity calculated?

Capacity depends on camera count, resolution, frame rate, codec, scene activity, recording schedule and required retention period.

Does Easylink supply and install the complete solution?

Yes. Depending on the agreed scope, Easylink can cover discovery, survey, design, supply, installation, testing, training and technical support.

Is the equipment covered by warranty?

Covered products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects, subject to the agreed quotation, product conditions and project terms. Free maintenance during the covered warranty period is also subject to those terms.

Can the solution be planned for future growth?

Yes. The discovery and survey stages are used to understand expected users, sites, traffic, capacity and expansion before the final scope is defined.

Start with the requirement

Request a CCTV site survey.

Describe the business outcome, current environment and involved users or sites. Easylink will use that context to define a sensible next technical step.
